awesome, but problema with exchange 2010

I used this app for several months and it worked great and is very intuitive to use, yet robust.
Recently my employer switched to exchange 2010 and it stopped workin :-). I tried all suggestions including a fresh install. I realize there are limitations to using 2010, but would be great if it just works as before.
