TaskTask for Outlook Tasks App Reviews

It syncs with Outlook. You can attach files. You can categorize your tasks.I have tried just about every to do app for iPhone and this is the best one Ive found.

Since the update, I cant connect to my exchange server. All of the settings are correct.

the app icon count is not working for me. Does not show me a number.

Ive been using the app for several years with no syncing problems, and the account setup was straight forward. But when the new update installed, it lost my account settings and it wont find my account. Ive tried all kinds of setting adjustments but nothing works. Hopefully they come out with a new update to fix this soon.

I have been using the app for years as one of the best I have find to sync tasks and flagged emails from my Exchange email account. My only complaint is that it has been syncing only manually for the past two updates and now with this last update, the app badge indicator no longer shows the number of tasks past due/due today. I hope this gets fixed.

Ive been using this app for over a year. Ive been fairly happy with it. Since this latest "update", I can no longer connect to my 2003 Exchange Server. All settings are correct. Very disappointed. I hope Gregg gets this fixed very soon. Looks like Im not the only one...

Few problems with the update. Made the list view print smaller and made the detail view way too small. The old way was better if it cant be mad adjustable ther the old way was better. I have increased the I phone size limits to the max just to get it back close to the old size on the list view. The detail does not seem to change. Also remover the high low and normal priority. Liked it but I can do with out that. Even though I am not able to sync with my outlook (firewall issues with my company) I now have to sign in to google every time I open the app. Not sure what is going on here. Keith

Ive used this app for nearly a year now and Ive found nothing better that interfaces with Office through Exchange. Its seem less with syncing on multiple devices too.

This app is awesome and perfect for what I need. One thing, with the new update my categories in the app dont sync with my outlook categories, so if I want to categorize a new or already created task I have to do it in outlook. They wont show up in the app. Please fix, thanks!

You an Outlook junkie? If so, this will change your workflow. My 365 work account syncs flawlessly and I am THRILLED that its now formatted to fit my iPhone 6+ screen. Props to the developer. Love this app.

Please fix the sync issues. Otherwise this a great tool, esp if you use outlook.

Very mediocre overall. Too many actions needed to create or work with tasks. App continues to be buggy.

Never worked. Waste of money.

If youre an outlook task junkie this is your app. Gives you a simple window into those flags and tasks and the ability to update all of them. No other bells. My only change would be that it would be great if it has an option to start in the All Tasks view instead of the folder chooser view.

If you are a serious Outlook user - tasks, flagged emails, categories, colors, etc, and you use office 365 or Exchange, this is the only task app that does it all. I have wasted a ton of time and money trying to find an app that does what the native apple apps should do and this is it. It is also very reliable and crazy fast to setup and sync. Badge count doesnt work well is the only issue. Very small price to pay.

Syncs everything perfectly, even flagged emails - the only app Ive found that does this! Minor gripes- 1) Badge app icon doesnt work properly on iPhone and iPad 2) A today widget would be great

Worked well since Aug 2105 in corp enviornment but now I cannot get it to sync at all.

This app does NOT synch with Office 365 Personal.

Ive found very few task apps have the features Im looking for. Categories that sync with an MSExchange server, for example. TaskTask has the features but also a very simple to-the-point task list with custom filters and arrangements - that doesnt alter the format of my content created in Outlook. (I had an app that didnt show capitalization as it was entered.) If it werent for a few bugs, like adding attachments to newly created tasks or not maintaining category changes, it would great.

Provides options for Exchange, Office365, and Google accounts but only works on Exchange. App could not authenticate Office365 password, kept asking for a login when trying to sync Gmail tasks. If youre on Exchange, great. If youre on Google Tasks, use the GoTasks app instead.
