TaskTask for Outlook Tasks App Reviews

I used this app successfully for several months. However the app unexpectedly stopped working and all efforts to re-enter the set-up credentials have failed. I attempted to reach the developer for support and have not received any reply in several weeks. If I had the time to mess with it, Id pursue a refund. Very disappointing.

I loved this app, then lost sort when updated. I have not used the app since & I miss it.

App does not work. Multiple attempts to contact support over the past month were never answered. Pathetic! Waste of time and money.

Definitely the best app to manage tasks from exchange server.

I think something got messed up in this last update. My app thinks all my tasks for tomorrow are due today. Ive checked on Outlook and on my reminders app on my phone and they both still have the tasks set for tomorrow.

As of January 2016 this is the only option I see for exchange sync with the ability to rearrange like Outlook. I paid for the extra fields and assumed I would be able to sort by those (or the other non-in-app purchase fields). The only way to sort is by date. No luck. So what does it do that built in Reminders doesnt? You pay $6 to be able to rearrange by dragging (but not a hold and drag like you expect) and to be able to edit Outlook fields.

I loved this program as it synchs beautifully with my Outlook tasks (on exchange server). Then lweek latest update installed on my iphone (running ios 8.4) and it crashes every time I open it (and when it tries to send error reports) rendering it useless. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I love this app but with the latest update it wont run anymore. Crashes every time I open it. I have even tried to fix it by removing it completely from my phone and reinstalling with no luck. I hope another update comes out to fix it soon.

Im on iOS 8.1.3 and the app will not function. When opened it says something went wrong and asks if you want to send error report but shuts down before you have option to select send report.

I echo the previous review. I loved this app, but now it crashes every time I open it. It is unusable at this time. I hope they support the app that many have paid for.

I used this app in the past, but had switched over to another one after its UI got old. With this latest update it is now my one and only task app, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you and great work!

Works seamlessly with Outlook through MS Exchange. Best task manager app I have seen. Use it daily for business. It took trying several before finding one that is truly useful and easy to use.

Never could connect to the exchange server and no where to turn for help. Wish I could get my money back!

I hope your tasks arent important. It is extremely easy to accidentally delete a task by swiping right. No confirmation if deletion. No way to disable feature. No response from developer. You may think "well Ill be careful, Im not an idiot". Well, call me an idiot, because as careful as I was, I swiped right on a major task with lots of notes. Gone. There is no way to look at or recover deleted items, such as a deleted folder. Great for use as a $5 shopping list or if you would rather not worry about having an accurate list of tasks.

Killer app please make sure your exchange serve works before blaming developer this is the absolutely the best exchange tasks app on iOS . Upgrade too advanced functions and support the iOs IPad task task hd - both still work great with office 365 perfect for GTD!!! Killer really great!!!

Will only work with office 365 for business using exchange. Most versions of 365 use active sync. Developer should make this clear.

It doesnt work. It will not take your password. And you cannot contact anyone.

If you can combine this application with mails, youll be number one in App Store;)

Dont buy

This is a great app and a must have if you live in outlook. It provides all the features the Outlook Task has on your desktop and it compliments and completes the Outlook app for iPhone. Beautiful design and functionality. Definitely five stars all the way. The only suggestion I have for the developer is to offer an iPad and iPadPro versions of it. I am currently using the iPhone app on my iPadPro and while usable just from pure esthetic perspective would be nice to have that version available.
